On the basis of the architect design, we will create a three-dimensional building physics building model on the computer. In this model, we can see how the whole building, however, also individual subareas, will react under certain weather effects.
With the help of the software TAS (Thermal Analysis Software), we can look at different planning variations in view of ventilation, lighting and energy consumption, and in this manner identify the individually best solution for your construction project.
In the building simulation, the interplay of space, facade and technology is optimised. Heat gains and heat losses can be accounted for very accurately for the entire year. On this basis, we will recommend to you the right glazing, optimum solar protection and matching ventilation, heating and cooling concept. In the building simulation, we can determine the optimum regulation and control of heating and cooling and utilise the potentials of the natural ventilation in the best way possible. Because our building models will be developed three dimensional, we can very early on determine the need for solar protection measures individually for each room. We can also already identify areas that are prone to cold radiation or drafts in the winter during the early planning stages and initiate timely countermeasures.
